📌 Overview
At Mind2Print, all our products are custom-made based on your design and order details. We focus on delivering high-quality printing and customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
❌ No Return on Customized Products
Since our products (T-shirts, mugs, gifts, etc.) are personalized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error from our side.
✅ Eligible for Replacement / Refund
You are eligible for a replacement or refund in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or broken
- Wrong product delivered
- Printing mistake (different from approved design)
- Product has manufacturing defects
📸 Proof Required:
Customer must provide clear photos or videos within 24 hours of delivery.
🔁 Replacement Policy
- Once approved, we will reprint and ship the product at no extra cost
- Replacement processing time: 3–5 working days
💸 Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only if replacement is not possible
- Refund will be credited within 5–7 business days
- Refund method: Original payment mode or bank transfer
🚫 Not Eligible for Refund / Return
We are not responsible in the following situations:
- Wrong design, text, or image uploaded by customer
- Color variation (slight difference due to screen vs print)
- Incorrect size selected
- Delay caused by courier services
📦 Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order
- Once printing has started, cancellation is not possible
